Neralbo is born of an extreme selection: only the best Syrah bunches, picked from a portion of the vineyard dedicated exclusively to this wine, only in vintages of exceptional quality. Production is limited, and every seal is shaped by hand in shellac. It’s not an aesthetic gesture, it’s a statement: what you hold in your hand is the result of care that accepts no shortcuts. Powerful and balanced, sensual and austere, Neralbo is a wine in constant evolution that asks just one thing: the time to be listened to.
Open it when the evening is serious, with an important piece of grilled meat and someone who knows how to light the fire properly.
Enjoy it when the day revolves around the kitchen, between a game dish cooking slowly and the aroma filling the house from the afternoon on.

Unfiltered wine, constantly evolving, powerful and balanced, sensual and pure on the nose and palate, elegant and austere in its complexity.
It favours strong, spicy flavours: grilled meat and game, rich first courses, aged cheeses and cured products.
Hand-harvested into crates in the first week of September.
Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 23° and 27°C, with daily pump-overs and délestages calibrated on the characteristics of the vintage. Aged for 18 months in barriques, 12 months in steel and at least 6 months in bottle.
Unfiltered wine. Bottles sealed with hand-applied shellac in a limited edition.
Serving temperature: 16°-18°C. Alcohol: 14.5% vol.
